Seeking a walking group?
Local ramblers groups organise walks across the region.
Most members join a local group within Gloucestershire. Group territories are based on Local Authority Parishes in order to best support our footpath efforts. For a list of Groups vs Parishes click here.
Note that Forest of Dean Group has the same boundary as Forest of Dean District Council.
Affiliated Clubs
The following local walking clubs have an affiliated membership with Ramblers.
You don’t have to become a ramblers member to walk with an affiliated club, but it helps us if you can.
Walks are also organised by other groups, local businesses and councils.

Many walkers share our passion (perhaps walking with friends, walking alone or with a dog).
