Walk down Park Lane to Shaw Green Lane and turn right along a narrow footpath and across a field towards St Mary’s Church. This is the first of several churches along the Cheltenham Circular.
Turn left and follow Deep Street to the junction. Turn left on to Bouncer’s Lane.

Follow the boundary up to the Great Western Railway and turn right. Stay within the racecourse grounds and parallel to the rail tracks.
