A delightful walk around the 17 sculptures on the Sculpture Trail from the Woodlands car park near Speech House.

Between Newent and Clifford's Mesne

Moderate walk, 5 Miles (8km)
A circular varied route over the area between Newent and Clifford's Mesne with paths, tracks, fields, woods, quiet lanes, some stiles, a moderate climb up Acorn Wood.

A short 5-mile walk along the River Severn from St Andrew's Church.

Woods, views and geology

Moderate walk, 5.5 Miles (8.9km)
A walk through woods to Huntley School, Huntley Hill Wood with views across the Severn Vale if it's clear, past Swallow Lakes and back to May Hill Village via Hobbs Quarry Nature Reserve. Mostly bridleways and tracks, some walking on minor roads. No steep climbs. There are a few stiles.

Blaisdon Church 5 miler

Easy walk, 5 Miles (8km)
A morning walk from Blaisdon Church to Upper Ley and back. Travelling across farmland and in the Ley Park Wood.

Frith Wood

Moderate walk, 5 Miles (8km)
Starting in Ledbury we quickly move into wooded paths and follow a stretch of the Herefordshire Trail along the west side of Frith Wood, returning through the wood via its highest point. A short moderate climb leads to this point; a steep drop takes us back down off the hill. We return through Ledbury via the attractive disused railway embankment path. Multiple cafes/pubs are available for refreshments afterwards.

Angus Buchanon Coleford 5 miler

Leisurely walk, 5 Miles (8km)
Walking from Angus Buchanon VC Rereation Ground car park we shall pass the Whitecliff and go down to Cherry Orchard Farm and into Bond's Wood. Then we shall walk around the edge of  Limestone Quarry before crossing the the busy A4136 to Marian's Inclosure. We shall return to the car park via Mary's Lane.

We will explore the Severn Vale, walking through Oldbury-on-Severn, picking up the Severn Way next to the River Severn and then cut inland along the Jubilee Way to Littleton-on-Severn, through Thornbury Golf Course and back to Thornbury
