About Gloucestershire Area Mid Week


Some get together 10-12 mile usually mid week walks by Gloucestershire ramblers from across the area, usually with a picnic lunch

Our walks

Join the Gloucestershire group for a 3.0 mile moderate walk.

Gloucestershire Area 2018 AGM. Speaker from Ramblers Trustees. Bring picnic lunch. Short afternoon walk

Join the Gloucestershire group for a 10.0 mile moderate walk.

A walk around the Toadsmoor area with some steep ascents and descents plus a few stiles.  Picnic.

Join the Gloucestershire group for a 10.0 mile moderate walk.

A fairly strenuous walk taking in Owlpen, Virgin Corner's Wood, Cam Peak, Cam Long Down and Uley Bury.  Lunch at pub/cafe in Dursley town centre, or bring a packed lunch.

Join the Gloucestershire group for a 10.0 mile moderate walk.

An undulating walk around villages, valleys and hills surrounding Nailsworth.  Picnic lunch.  Drinks in the cafe at the end of the walk.

Join the Gloucestershire group for a 12.0 mile moderate walk.

Figure of eight. 7 miles am: Sevenhampton, Soundborough, Shipton. 5 miles pm: Horseland, Foxcote, Upper Dowdeswell and back to start.  Optional pub lunch at the Royal Oak or picnic.
